Damian & Valori LLP | Culmo Trial Attorneys is pleased to welcome Morgan Levine to the team.
Levine, will work alongside DVC partners and attorneys on complex business litigation, personal injury, and contingency-based cases.

Prior to DVC, Levine has served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lisa Walsh on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, the Honorable Norma Lindsey on the Third District Court of Appeal, and the Honorable Robert Luck on the Florida Supreme Court.
Levine graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in August 2016 and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University (STU) School of Law in May 2020. At STU, Morgan was actively involved as a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of the Journal of Complex Litigation, and the student representative to the American Bar Association. For over thirteen years, she has been actively involved with The Friendship Circle, a non-profit organization that provides friendship to children within the local special needs community. This work led Morgan to receive various scholarships throughout her law school career, including the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) Leadership Scholarship. Levine also serves MDFAWL’s Judicial Committee as the Committee Chair, representing MDFAWL at judicial investitures.
