With 15 years of legal experience, Ms. Scruggs has focused on consumer bankruptcy and E-Discovery. Before joining Damian | Valori | Culmo, she represented consumers in bankruptcy proceedings, worked with mortgage creditors, and contributed to various large-scale litigation projects to streamline discovery processes. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable experience in federal bankruptcy court proceedings and has managed bankruptcy teams. Committed to delivering high-quality work and fostering positive relationships, she approaches her profession with dedication.

Ms. Scruggs earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed in the State of Georgia. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. Actively engaged in the legal community, she participates in organizations such as IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency Restructuring Confederation) and the Bankruptcy Section of the Georgia Bar.
