Kenneth D. Murena Co-Authored “Litigating Commercial Cases in Bankruptcy Court” Chapter for the 6th Edition of “Business Litigation in Florida” Attorney Reference Book Published by the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar
Attorney Kenneth Dante Murena, a partner with the law firm of Damian & Valori LLP, and attorney Andrew DeWeese, an associate with Damian & Valori LLP, recently co-authored Chapter 19 of the Business Litigation in Florida reference law book published by the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar.
Chapter 19, titled “Litigating Commercial Cases in Bankruptcy Court, is an update of Florida and Federal case law pertinent to the unique aspects of commercial litigation in a bankruptcy context. In particular, Mr. Murena and Mr. DeWeese highlighted the recent and evolving changes to procedure as a result of the continuing adaptation of the various Florida Bankruptcy Court local rules to electronic filing.
