Amanda Fernandez, an associate attorney with Damian & Valori LLP, has been elected to the Cuban American Bar Association Board of Directors.
Amanda Fernandez practices in the areas of Complex Business Litigation, Labor and Employment Litigation, Receivership and Securities Litigation, and Bankruptcy and Creditor’s’ Rights. She is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
The Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) is a non-profit voluntary bar association, founded in 1974 by lawyers of Cuban descent. CABA’s members include judges, lawyers, and law students of all ethnic backgrounds interested in issues affecting the Cuban community, as well as broader legal and human rights issues, impacting all minority communities as a whole.
