Adam Schultz was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Miami Beach Bar Association. Mr. Schultz, a litigator at Damian & Valori, LLP, practices in the areas of complex business litigation, receivership and securities litigation, real property litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights, and appeals. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Business Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, and is a member of the Dade County Bar Association.
