Chief Judge Soto has issued an administrative order closing courthouse facilities for Miami-Dade County to the public except for access required for emergency or mission-critical court matters. The federal courts have also imposed limited access and imposed special procedures. The Miami-Dade County closure will be in effect from Tuesday, March 17, through Friday, March 27.
The two-week closure may be extended based on guidance from health and government authorities. We will monitor the courts’ status and keep you up to date on any changes.
