Melissa Visconti will participate as a panelist at the 2018 Federal Judicial Roundtable, presented by The Federal Court Practice Committee of The Florida Bar. This year’s theme for the Roundtable is “Navigating Discovery, Technology, and Ethics in Federal Courts,” moderated by attorney John Barkett and is approved for 3 CLE credits, including 2 Technology and 1 Ethics.  The Roundtable will open with brief remarks from judicial officers from the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
