Joseph A. Seara is an attorney that works alongside partners and attorneys on complex business litigation and receivership cases.

Mr. Seara joined Damian | Valori | Culmo as a law clerk in Spring 2023 and worked on the New World Condominium Apartments Condominium Association Receivership.

Mr. Seara received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in May 2023, where he was a member of the Inter-American Law Review and Treasurer of the University of Miami Student Division of the Federal Bar Association.
